Business Office Manager |
Bonnie SlaterBonnie joined the Weerts Funeral Home staff in 1992 as a Secretary/Receptionist. She began working in our Business Office in 1999, and, in 2003, became the Business Office Manager.
She and her husband Michael live in Coal Valley. Their son, Todd, is a chemist in the Chicago area and they have a golden retriever named Maggie.
Bonnie and Michael are active members of Faith Lutheran Church in Moline.

Vicki AdlfingerWith a background in psychiatric nursing, Vicki began her employment with us as an evening Greeter in 1995. Soon she was working full time as our Receptionist. Today, she is our primary Administrative Associate and Receptionist.
Whether you call or stop by, you're quite likely to talk with Vicki. She also supervises our evening Greeter staff who assist us during evening visitations.
Her husband, Vern, died this past September after a difficult battle with multiple myeloma. Their faithful black lab, "Dillon", also died this past Fall.

Colette, Sue, Vicki and Diana also answer the telephone during the evening hours.
Our Complete Staff
It takes a good number of people to operate a 24-hour-a-day enterprise. Drivers, maintenance, greeters, pre-planning, administrative staff and funeral directors all come to work each day with the singular purpose of making a meaningful difference in the lives of others.
